"For many years I have been a student of M. Cohen-Nehemia. In my medical practice I use the Mitzvah Exercise with my patients. Daily practice of the Mitzvah Exercise does wonders for me. It has a profound effect in restoring a more harmonious function of the human body." W. A. Fabian M.D.

"For many years I have been a pupil of Nehemia-Cohen. I have used many of his principles with my own patients and have advised many people to see him for different structural conditions. I have found the Mitzvah Exercise and its principle very useful in helping me and others to become more structurally healthy". M. Borins, M.D.

"Having worked with you, and leaned how to apply the Mitzvah Principle to myself via the Mitzvah Exercise, I found the personal benefits amazing, and was most gratified with the positive changes in my attitude and physical feelings." M. Gabel, M.D., M.P.H.

"The Mitzvah Technique is an original approach to postural realignment which has received a good deal of interest and research recently. Since 1970 I have witnessed some remarkable functional changes in referred patients who have become his students. They include conditions such as arthritis, neck pain and back pain, hip and knee disorders, etc. I, as well as other doctors who attend the Mitzvah Technique Center, have also seen similar remarkable improvements in children who come for help for postural problems and spinal deformities. ..I note with enthusiasm, that the Faculties of Medicine at two major Canadian Universities are now offering training in the Mitzvah Technique as an elective course." H. Freedman, M.D.

"The Mitzvah Technique has helped many of my chronic pain clinic patients to reduce pain and to learn to improve their health." J. Kryspin, M.D., Ph.D, D.A.A.P.M.

R. Kezwer (Homemaker)

"I learned some movements that made it possible to sit and stand without the severe pain in my leg. The pain has eased. I have noticed that the swelling in my hands (from arthritis) has gone down and my hands and fingers haven't been sore."

E. Patt (School Teacher)

"Relief from muscle spasms in my lower back; relief from tension in my upper back and shoulders; less tightness in pelvic and hip region. I am now able to live an almost normal day. Instead of resting in bed for 3 one and a half hour sessions each day I now require only one. I still require assistance in lifting anything heavy, but am greatly improved. The pain is no longer constant."

K.E. Scanlan (Community Volunteer)

"I am writing to let you know how effective the Mitzvah Technique has been in relieving my chronic neck and back pain which was as a result of a rear-end collision on July 14, 1992. All treatments were only effective as long as I continued to receive treatment. I had become angry and frustrated by the time I saw you. From the very first day the Mitzvah Technique made a great difference to me. I became stronger more quickly, and since my last visit on December 5, 1994 I have been pain-free. If I have any difficulty I shall call you immediately, but I cannot forsee the need. I cannot thank you enough for the independence you have given me. It is important that tecniques like the Mitzvah Technique be examined carefully and considered for coverage under OHIP or extended health benefits. Mitzvah helped me when nothing else did including nerve block treatments. I shall be forever grateful. Please feel free to copy this note and distribute it to anyone who may benefit from reading about my experience".

To whom it may concern,
As an orthopedic surgeon I recommend the Mitzvah Technique as a conservative method of treatment for back pain. I might add the the Mitzvah Technique has relieved my back pain, which has not recurred.
